PYT & Associates is an independent law firm duly registered with the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia in 2012 and dedicated to corporate compliance, licensing, real estate, project finance, energy, infrastructure, M&A transactions, capital market and to the resolution of complex matters, composed of experienced lawyers from Cambodian and international firms.

We advise our clients in strategic matters, essentially related to mergers and acquisitions and joint-ventures, governance, shareholder disputes, project finance, employment law, restructuring and insolvency, and equity financing.

As an extension of our advisory services, we defend the interests of our clients in these matters before the civil courts, National Commercial Arbitration Center (NCAC) as well as the Cambodian authorities.
